Bringing your pets along?

Your 4-legged friends are more than welcome at Hotel Julian Alps.

In consideration to other guests of the hotel we have a few rules that need to be followed in order for everyone to feel safe and the hotel remains a clean and welcoming space.

Pet policy

General Guidelines:

Pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms only. Please notify us at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet.
A maximum of 2 pets per room are allowed
Dogs over 25kg are not allowed
Only dogs and cats are permitted. Other animals are subject to management approval.
Dogs are not allowed to sleep/rest on the furtniture.

Fees:

A non-refundable pet fee of €25 per night will be applied to cover additional cleaning.
Additional charges may apply for any damages or extra cleaning required.

Restrictions:

Pets are not allowed wellness area.
Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in all common areas of the hotel.
Pets may not be left unattended in rooms unless they are crated.

Responsibility:

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside the hotel and in surrounding areas.
Excessive noise or aggressive behavior may result in the guest being asked to make alternative arrangements for their pet.
In the event of any damage caused by the pet, the hotel reserves the right to determine the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged items, which will be charged to the guest’s account.
